That's the Tour '91 yellow paintscheme as ridden by the TVM team!
My local shop is asking 2,500 Euro for a new Tour '91 frame, in Columbus Spirit. I paid about a quarter of that price when I bought my original 1991 Zullo as a complete bike from an ex pro a few years back.
What is old is new again!

My one above is in Columbus SLX and I got it secondhand as a full bike with a graphite groupset (bar rear mech) including Deltas for a price that's best described as 'giveaway'.
The graphite group was much too good condition to use in anger so I got the Chorus you see plus a bit of cash my way, meaning that it was even more of a bargain.
Rides beautifully and well sized for me.
