Does anyone know if these exist? Basically I'm trying to find a 7 speed cassette with a 10 tooth 7th gear to match to a 38T single speed crank to keep a near 1:4 ratio for crusiing :)

Cheers :)

Yes, but no...

The only one I know of is the Shimano Capreo cassette, which has smaller cogs (higher ratios) for small-wheeled folding bikes.

It's 9-speed.
Some of the smaller cogs can be removed.
But I think they use a special hub and cassette removal tool.
So I doubt you could swap the smaller cogs onto a "normal" hub.

As usual, Sheldon Brown has the answers:

Sheldon's a god!

I wonder if the Capreo freehubbody still attches to the hub via a 10mm allen bolt.

If so will it fit a normal MTB hub? Or just use a Capreo hub.

20 / 30 / 40 on the front and 9-24 on the rear. Ultimate microdrive for the weight obsessives!

Just had a read throught that site, its a shame it needs the special free hub :( as you stay Stick Legs, I wonder if the free hub bit can be transferred to a standard hub..

Moulton used to make small cogs sets for their bikes, but again I think you need a special driver. Or you need to get one of these-an srp 10 tooth lockring cog:
