Mill and drill (+tap if applicable) the dropout to accept a replaceable derailleur hanger. Here's an example of a 2 bolt GT, but pretty much any hanger can be made to fit (some easier than others). It's about 30-45 minutes work for a competent machinist. I fixed a seatstay on an AMP frame for a customer of my LBS that way. He was more than happy to exchange a two-four to get his bike up and running again vs. ordering and paying for a new seatstay from Horst..

Yep, until a serial number or tubing grade number is avaliable, it's speculative.

Definitely worth something to someone though, so worth a tidy up - even if it's a case of karma-ing parts like the forks.
