Green anodising - the results

Aside from the issue of losing etched manufacturers logo's (which is a bit of a bummer...  ) this puts all sorts of things back in perspective that were very expensive/impossible to get in the past...a wonderful idea has just popped into my head (well it did when this thread first started actually....   )

Dont forget though chaps, the parts you want anodising need to be in good cosmetic condition as any imperfections will look worse with colour on them. Ideally you need to machine polish them to get the best results.
I've got a shed load of stuff I have made that I need to have anodised purple and I have mirror polished each part.

got almost a whole group set to be done including some mavic x517 rims would look the nuts on the c16r but would have to be purple not green
