Shame Dr S isn't here, he loves them and could give you loads of pointers. He was for ever going on about how brilliant they were and how Brant was the saviour of British mountainbike manufacture with the worlds best ever taste in hats, if only he would design a FAT fit for 2011...
I am not really too intrested in the politics around the hat wearer, just pondered if they were shit or not, if they are then i'd be intrested in knowing why and/or better alternatives for long (-ish) comfortable sleps (50-100m) and mad mouse multi terrain 5-10 miles sprint-outs.
