Frank the Welder built this 20" Spooky for his kid 8 or 9 years ago. I'm sure he's outgrown it by now. He's on here. PM him and see if it's for sale.

That clockwork is amazing, did you just cut down an old clockwork or is a totally different bike made to look like one?
