COAST RIDE
up at six, (bloody mental on my day off), across on the ferry then a coastal ride from beach to beach, then out to rame head....got to the top of the point, (rame head), bannana and a sandwich, then ride back, about 23 miles total, on the dave lloyd, great quiet solo ride, time to think, clear the weeks stress, and home in the warm before the rain chucked down for sunday roast....!!!!
