I couldn't get the heat back into my feet I had to stand in the bath as I dont have anything big enough to get my feet in :shock:
I took the Yeti out first :lol:

Thought of coming on this ride but I've had gut rot since Friday so felt that I'd even hold you guys up on the flat around Ladybank Wids.

Did manage out on my bike for a ride around Harum Hill Wid near Lochore Meadows. Wis fecking cauld though, fingers were freezin'.

one of the benefits of ladybank woods is its like being inside
your pretty much out of the wind all the time ,tho the swimming/paddling bit made up for the wind chill
