You not got a smaller stem....I didnt worry about it.....all that matters is that the space above your tyre is less than 2.75 inches then no probs....you worry too much

Have a look on my trek in my sig below....see if it looked the same as on yours

They do look in the same position as I had them and they were fine......

You notice how light they are :shock:

yeah really light. With end of tape measure hooked under bottom cup its just about 161, distance between bottom of steerer n tyre is 3 inch ish

it is only 2 mm out then the same as I had them....go ride big boy.....dont forget to water them cucmbers though
