How do the new forks work mate? They seem to slacken the head angle a bit as seem longer than the old drop offs?

Looks neat mate.

The frame was designed for 150mm forks, so the 170mm is slightly out....

I was told that plenty had ran 170/180mm forks and never had issues though, and as it was out of warranty it didnt matter for that.

The bike handles really well, its only used for DH/Freeride anyway so a slack head angle is ideal!

Yeah didnt think it was a bad thing, just you can see it will handle differently.

Very nice, and so much better than the blue incarnation.

Agreed,
It looks ace bud

How is the Superstar chainguide to fit & install?

I take it , its fitted using a bb fitting and not an iscg mount?

Quite fancy one for my Mr O

Cheers

You won't be disappointed! I've had no issues at all! Set up was a little trial and error, but once sorted it's perfect.

Noisy at first but will wear in after a short while.
