show the steel........

Here's my current fave steel ride.

main.php

The '89 Mirage. It has a Reynolds 501 sticker, not sure which (if any) of the tubes are 501. The perfect ride for the paper round and hill climbs in the Peaks.

My only steel framed bike. Parkpre Team 925 Tange Ultimate Ultralight MTB. Pictured as a rigid SS but currently has gears and Rock Shox Judy XC's. This is my choice of steed on long adventures, such a comfortable frame to ride.

Loving the stealth look GT, and I'm not a fan of GT's. Daves Cruiser is funky as hell, a stunning bike.

Almost 20 years of faithful sevice, and it was secondhand when I got it:

And my not so funky cruiser:

I do ride aluminium and carbon, but steel was my first love.
