Now how many people here on this site have 1. owned a recumbent 2. have ridden a recumbent .
They are the best way to cycle on the road. Never seen an off road one.
They are so far more energy efficient. So much quicker. So much more comfortable. I learnt so much from owning one. How to ride with out moving the upper body. For one thing. movement of the upper bodywastes so much energy. Once owned always love. I will get anther one. One day
