I found this last summer at seaford tip in the dumpster pulled it out found it had no rear mech hanger and one non driveside chainset arm attached.
It is a very small size around 15 inches max..well today I decided that I could either sell it on or do something with it so I have acquired a new rear mech hanger and with random parts I have in the shed I am planning to build it..just not sure what forks to put on it, any suggestions welcome.. also i have alot of early 90's deore, maybe a bit old for a 99 build...

titanium quill stem
ringle oversize headset
deore dx chainset nos
araya rm17 rims on deore dx hubs nos
deore front and rear mechs
deore combi shifters
