Now if you could have one bike of each material , what would it be .

Steel : Ritchey P20
Titanium : Merlin
Aluminium : Klein attitude in green , white and pink
Carbon : Spez Ultimate .

what would be yours ?

Hmm...

Ti: Merlin XLM/ Seven Tsunami Cross (depending on mood even though it's not actually one bike is it? ) Er, Merlin then.

Steel: DeKerf Team SL/ ST/ SST Whatever it's called now.

Alu: Yeah, Klein Attitude Pink/ White/ Green

Carbon: don't know enough about them to choose one.

Hmm okay given this some thought before:

Steel : Yeti Pro FRO or Roberts DOGS BOLX (depending on my mood)
Titanium : DBR Team TT
Aluminium : Klein Attitude
Carbon : Yeti C-26

Titanium: Otis Guy Ti Guy
Aluminium: Do I have to? OK, but its going to be modern - a Yeti 575
Carbon: Gary Fisher ProCaliber Ltd (yes, I know it's "only" a Trek OCLV, but look at the shiney bits that came as standard)

Titanium : Merlin (soft tail)
Aluminium : Pace RC 2/300
Carbon : Kestrel or maybe Trimble

My tastes arn't quite as exotic.

Steel.......Clockwork (might be on the cards)...

Ally.......Ink Blue anodised '95 Zaskar LE ....

Ti.......not really sure, I never lusted after one so don't know what's what.
Probably a GT, Orange or Kona.. :?

Carbon........WHY.... in the name of all that is shiney would I want a bike made out of million year old dead trees?????? :?
