Well, this is not a MTB, and it is not a roadbike, or a cyclo-cross bike.
But it puts a smile on my face everytime I see it and I ride it, so I wanted to share it with you.
I use it as a go-to-work-city-pub-cruising-bike.
It's '94 Crossroads in very good condition, with a nice steel double-butted Tange frame. The colour fades from light to deeper purple.
I replaced the group for some Mountain LX parts I had lying around, an old roadie stem and big back sweep bars.
Hope you like it

very nice :)

BITD I bought a TREK MuliTrek 720, but had a Crossroads also on my list. As far as I can remember that bike class was en vogue that days and even major Bike magazines are featuring thos bikes in their mags.

Could it be a 29'er avant le lettre? ;)

its purple, but not the fade, slightly naffer 'crossroads' on the DT too. Nicely made though, and looks pretty good as is, considering.
