Went for a sneak around Big.Ecks back garden thisafternoon (The Bings)
Feels like its natural habitat now
Definately made for coming down , fast! , not up
Almost completely happy with the set-up now
Just thinking of changing the rear shock, but will keep it coil & oil

Watching this with interest as I'm currently trying to breathe life into my old Mr O. Can't wait to see the 'electric orange' respray!
You'll definitely notice a difference if you change the shock. The first thing I did with mine was swap the Shock Works unit for a Vanilla RC and it completely transformed the ride.
Also, for long climbs you can turn the damping right up and give the coil a couple of extra turns of pre-load (basically a poor mans pro-pedal )
Sounds like you've already discovered it's DH capabilities! I've got fond memories of hitting rocks the size of toasters and not even getting knocked off line. Happy days...

The only thing thats putting me off the spray job is the fear of it getting damaged and looking tatty
The powder coat finish thats on it looks pretty bombproof
