Thanks for sharing - it really shows the splitting of the MTB scene: rigid simple all terrain bikes to the full suspension MTB as we know today with the almost contemporary looking Mantis full suspension MTB.

The rigid giving way to the suspended (the marketing men rubbing their hands with glee!)
 
X interesting point on speed v comfort leading to FS Ryder's staying fresher.

I'm happy as a child when Christmas comes! I've found the pictures of the full aluminium Mantis XCR....that I have searched for years and years...
 
interesting reading. Not surprised they like the susser bikes. BITD i thought they were rubbish. And haven't changed my mind. The same for 29er
