Hi Folks,

Can anyone help, I want to try to identify an old mountain bike book I once had, but haven't seen for years.
The book had a Klein on the front,
A good history of the origins of mountainbiking (lots of pictures of repack races and the old breeze bikes
a black and white picture of a slingshot.
A bit on frame builders (fisher if I remember)
Some stuff on a specialised stumpjumper.
And near the back some stuff on shimano manufacturing.

Can anyone help me identify what it was?

Kind regards,

Richard

Re:

Unfortunately nothing else. Sorry,

It was in the college library when I was a lad back in the early 1990s. Might have been an american book, there were certainly some exotic looking bikes in it.

I honestly can't remember any more than that.

I might have this book... I’m at work now. I’ll post a screenshot of front cover when I get home. Your description sounds very similar

Re:

I’ve actually posted some photos of this book... it was in a thread with a black & pink pro flex? Maybe with green spring?
