Bikes don't have to be slavishly accurate or else I might as well stay at home, which would save me a bloody fortune!
The thing with any show of this nature, be it classic cars, motorbikes, prams or whatever... is in my opinion 'diversity'. This is a show just as much about the people and how they see/build/appreciate their bikes. I want to see all aspects of the Retro MTB story, not just period correct trailer queens. And I think I speak for most people on retrobike?!
Bring your bikes and let us all enjoy them with you and I would love to see the Fuquay.
See you and your bikes in two weeks then?

Bloody well said chap! Amen to all of that. The stories behind the bikes are always intriguing - the reasons we chose whatever it is that's been restored, ridden, coveted since our teens, sold the caravan to buy, robbed a bank to finance, whatever.
The words iconic and classic which form Iconoclassic can cover pretty much everything that'll be on display I'm sure.
And Chris, the DynaTech has to come just so that people can point at the top tube and wonder why it's the shape it is. Then we all debate the use of standard lug sets etc. Haven't seen the Fuquay so please bring that and allow me to pick your brains over it.
