Another idea is to use your turbo trainer, if you have one. I use the Turbo for tuning the rear mech and brakes.

Good idea.
I don't have one though!
I'd like to make one but don't really have time.

Because you're from Manchester I'll bring mine for you to use if you carry it and help me set up my stuff. I'm walking disabled and whilst I get about fairly well I can't carry things and walk

Hi, that would be great thanks.
I'm more than happy to help but I don't know what time I'll be arriving, I'm usually late everywhere!

I'll PM you my phone number.

If you turn up late you won't get access to the market place with your car though I don't suppose that matters because you can ride your bike from the car park.

I have to get my motorhome to the market place to drop off two bikes, a bike rack and now the turbo. My problem will be if I need to move the bike rack and turbo. The turbo is too heavy for me.

If you aren't around I'm sure someone will help me.

Thanks for your mobile number, I'll call you when I get to the market place.

Yes I'm sure someone will help.
I will try and get there early, I'm working late the night before though!
