List updated...

Lacking anything from 1983 currently - can anyone plug the gap?

I could do a 1983 Cleland Aventura?

I could also bring a recently restored 1981 Geoff Apps 700c Range Rider.

Also an 1980 650b Range Rider though this bike is incomplete, unrestored and covered in years of dust, mud and rust.

Finally, I have a 1988 Highpath made Cleland. Though this bike is far from pristine, as it is my most ridden bike and so is usually covered in mud.

My main problem in bringing all these bikes and not just one would be getting these ultra-rare bikes safely to the event from the car park. And then not being able to enjoy the rest of the show because I need to look after them all the time.

Regards,
Graham.

I have decided to bring only two of my 4 pre 1995 bikes. This should make moving the bikes to the square a lot easier. Especially if I don't get there before it is closed to traffic at 9.30am.

It will also give me more opportunity to walk around and look at all the other bikes. :D

Maybe when Tom gets better organised next year we can have a few 'Marshalls' who can wander round looking for dodgy viewers. We're all in the same boat so we'll do swops with our neighbouring display-er who looks after your kit whilst you go for a P and a look around.

The distance between the car park and the market place means I have to get access to the market place with a 6 metre motorhome to unload my bikes and stands. Then I'll need a lift from the car park when I park the van. Someone will need to protect my bikes and stands whilst I'm absent. I do have a roller lock used for motorbikes.

What concerns me is there isn't as much activity on this forum with these concerns as I expected, does this mean 190 display-ers are unconcerned I wonder. Maybe ten of those is hoping to walk off with someone else's bike, it's entirely possible. Even probable.
