i got bored with my beige box on my desk , so this is what i ended up with instead.

I think its a bit different from the norm, Kinda ORAC from blake7 on acid at a techno rave!

no server! its a deskside workstation! :) a Silicon Graphics Onyx IR this particular model, which is maxed... was the most powerful deskside computer money could buy in the world!! :shock: the 2 processor model with less ram was $330,000!!!!

part of my retro computer collection... this particular machine was used by DERA (Defence Evaluation and Research Agency) for testing and developing advanced radar for the Tornado! my other SGI's have come from Arrows F1 Design and another from DERA...

Someone else as sad as me with a retro computer collection!

Forget the bikes... this one really get's on miss boyburning's nerves...

currently running at around 30-40 Apple Macs (and an Apple Lisa) from '78 onwards...
