Tried to connect last night to the internet , and AOl cannot find my cable modem .

I rang AOL , and after tryings different things , they came to the conclusion that my PC is at fault . MY USB ports are not working properly . If I look into device manager they have a yellow explanation sign next to them . I have re installed the modem driver , but same problem .
I also tried to download pics from my camera and it doesnt work . But my screen is on USB and it works fine .

Please help , I need the internet...

What model PC is it? You may need to get the original USB drivers for the motherboard from the manufacturer's website - although not the easiest task if your PC can't connect!

Hang on, how did you post this then...?! :?:
