Getting twitchy already. Keep thinking of bits I must buy. They say the first 3 days are the hardest, once they are over it's easier to handle the withdrawl symptoms.

Do they do patches like they do for smokers to help the cravings. I'll check Chain Reaction to see if they have any?

Good on luck on that one!

I have severely cut back for over 6 months, only bought a handful of things, mainly because i'm absolutely skint, soon though i will be stalking the for sale sections when i get this job i have an interview for tomorrow :D

Go for it. I did it middle last year. The bank a/c never had look so good 8) After all their are other things in life other than cycling. Odd as it sounds.
In fact i will be doing it again next month on wards. And also plan to stop sitting in front of a computer.
