Bloody ridiculous, the jury did not get information or opinion from experts because a Lawyer managed to argue it was not allowed????

Really I blame the legal system for making it possible for him to get his way. How can wholly independent experts opinions be ignored - surely an uninformed jury is just really making a guess as to the blame and that renders the system pointless.

Yeah,i cannot understand how when someone dies on the road it isnt anybodies fault,least not the driver that caused the collision :x :x

If you cause someones death anywhere else,the law bears down heavily on you,and rightly so,health and safety launch theyre own prosecutions into the bargain.
Except when its a death on the road
