Bike look's like a 98, pretty sure the trolley is a 07 though

Deffo older than '07. Maybe '04. All the trolleys round here have the things on the wheels for the past few years to stop the chavs taking them home full of tabs and ager then chucking them into the canal/railway line/motorway.
