he has a bike with no brakes! its obviously him. 'um we need to talk to him about some crimes he has commited, we hope he will come forward very soon so we can put him in prison' yeah right! hes not just going to go easy! you need to find him, not the other way round!

While we wait for that to be invented, you can employ a little pixie with a chainsaw to guard the bike.
Failing that, we need to kick up a campain to get plod to take bike theft more seriously, but i think the other two ideas are more likely :roll:
