I need to send my frame back to the US for some warranty work and was wondering who to use. I've used Parcel2Go before, who use FedEx, but got stung when it was returned DESPITE it being warranty work :evil:
So, I'd rather NOT use FedEx if I can help it. I know the frame will be returned to me by a different courier so I might not get stung for import taxes and duties.
Any recommendations?
