It would have been cheaper and easier just to paint a white line down the middle and give half of it to the cyclists they're are always referring to when they are trying to promote cycling as a method of keeping fit and leaving the car at home.

Those stupid things will be gone in 6 months after the council have paid out tens of thousands in accident compensation claims.

Not the smartest people we've got running our affairs :?
