top roads for driving

as a few of you know im building a track/fast road mk1 xr2.its nearly finished and cant wait to take it out for drives..................so my question is


what roads do you all know that are great to drive on? not talking driving like a twat but enjoying corners etc sensibly ;) .

would be cool to try them out as i getting itchy feet lol
 
Well i love the road from moffat to biggar (? a 703?)

Hardknott pass

Glasgow - inverness

How far from home you heading??
 
Cat & Fiddle
Snake Pass
Woodhead pass

All 3 of these are good but the law is patrolling them most days/weekends, I used to do woodhead in a wagon at night one way loaded = scary, then return empty = great fun.
 
The coast road between St ives and St just in west cornwall is one of the best Drivers roads in Britain.

Thats the one! I rode all the way up that from Fort William to Alexandria, the descents further along (behind you in the pic) were brilliant, even with the headwinds we were hitting 30-40 mph :cool:
