One remark on the sideline: John/Retrobike gets money if someone buys through an outing overhere. It helps paying for the site.

how does that work then - if we follow an ebay link somebody's posted then he gets a small contribution incl. the auction watch? If so I'll perhaps post up more in the Ebay section (only if of interest of course!) if it'll help...

As Chris and Melvin mention the ebay affiliate scheme pays for the hosting for retrobike.

Following any ebay link (and bidding) either through auction watch or the forum helps support retrobike :D
