If they are charged there's no way the will exclude them. They'll be lucky to have a championship next year, what will BMW leaving and rumours of Toyota dropping out. If they chuck out Renault and prevent them from suppling engines to other teams you'd only have about 6 cars on the grid.

Piquet has confessed to crashing deliberately and implicated Flav. I can't see how they can remain in the sport, which would be a shame because it would leave the field a little light!
