glogg stainless steel bottles

Has anyone used a glogg stainless steel bottle with the sports cap?

How did you get on with it? It looks like a normal (plastic) cycling bottle system to me so without being able to squeeze the bottle how do they work? :?

the most annoying caps in the world -.- hate them so much. . . you suck in air at the same time - really pissed me off - basically you have to suck about 3 times as much than a normal plastic bottle, a real irratant
