I'm hungry and when I get home my Mrs will ask me what we're having for dinner and to be honest I'm bored of the things we always eat (Stir fry, bacon and courgette pasta, sausage and mash, ceasar salad, pizza etc).

So what is your favourite tasty meal that you can prepare in less than 30 mins and doesn't cost a fortune to buy? :)

Risotto - sea food Risotto is good, and its only a few steps away from gumbo of piaea (or however you spell the Sanish dish with saffron and sea food)

Excellent suggestions! We're going with Orange's Chicken Balti tonight, but will probably keep trying other suggestions over the coming days. :)

I quite like chicken fajitas,

Thin coujons of chicken as opposed to chunks
Sour cream
grated cheese
Thinly sliced peppers[Thinly]
Thinly sliced red onion
salsa sauce
flour tortillas
Not original as you can buy the kit from the supermarket but its nice as you build it yourself
