Hi after being away for a while

Just entered after few weeks being away.
I hope I will soon manage to add the pics of 1998 GT STS-1000 (frame built in December 1997) I am currently working on.

Just got the message that my package from BETD came and it includes these small nylon chips for rear supension that keep me away from riding my new GT.

By the way - does anyone want to swap 750 lbs spring for RS Super Deluxe for some 400 - 550 unit? Otherwise I must start eating far too much :D

OK, a bit long one - enjoy the weekend !

Thanks Pickle,

by the way, do you GT guys think that Girvin Elite front fork is something better than Judy SL for this bike? I am a bit confused, as I really like Girvins but I do not want to make too much mess in my STS.

I mean the one with aluminium forks not the carbon fiber one.

It would be different.......I think it would work.

Different too, as I have never seen it done before

Yeah, what I am afraid of is that the bar would be mounted really high - what I do not really like and prefer the lower front end. Secondly, I am no sure if this fork would not damage the frame in case of some accident... But it would look cool on the other hand. Well, tough life then :?
