Home made chain tensioner

Got an Alu bonded frame with a missing cable guide so thought about making it SS with an idea from somewhere else on the site.

Using and old canti stud, canti lever and some V-brake washers and some other floor sweepings, I made this:

...and yes, that is a big crack in one of the cast luggy bits - its been there for about 20 odd years apparently.
