Are standards slipping?

Ordered a SS ring.....5 bolt 94 BCD 32T

Got 4 bolt 104 BCD 38T

Thats not a mistake...thats a 'I can't be arsed, throw anything in'

Or am I being unkind.
 
Had to send three orders back so far this year. About time they introduced a loyalty card too.

Genearally I find them to be very good and I have used them loads. Bought some wheels off them earlier this year though and they wern't built very well but other than that no problems and still one of the cheapest!
 
I've been ordering online from them since 2002 and not had any problems. Always fast (sometimes come next day from their Northern Ireland base to English Midlands), neatly packed, literally must of ordered 40+ items. Unlike a certain R i b b l e *cough* then, eh?
 
Can only praise them from here, Ordered loads free delivery and very quick too :D

Hard to justify the "support your local bike shop" with them, Desperate for a BB I paid £10 more for the same one at the local bike shop :shock:

I don't think there's many people on here who have bike shops work on their bikes ;)
