I have a slight problem with a frame that I have just had powdercoated.
The seat post clamp was a nice fit (31.8mm) prior to painting, but since painting it does not want to fit properly. I can push it on but it looks high and when I tighten it up the back (bolt part) begins to lift. This allows movement of the post and saddle.
Any idesa on what I can do to sort it? Would a bigger clamp do the trick? The frame is a 2005 Trek 1000.
