I've got chondromalacia patellae (apparently!!)), in English that means roughening of the inside of my kneecaps, it can get really painful!

That's what I have then. Hurts don't it. I seem to be able to ride through it. If I go on for long enough it gradually goes after a month to six weeks. If I can remember back that far, I was told there is a small muscle that supports the kneecap in a certain direction that the various excercises help strengthen.

Yeah, it hurts lots!! But keeping going through it? ... after 8 hours weeding on my knees at work? ... actually managing to move is more to the point!! Lol!!

Maybe with more practice my knees will get back to their original standard!! Hehehe!! (Here's hoping!! Fingers crossed!!!!!)

Good luck to everyone with their various knee ailments!!

Best wishes, Lx

P.s. Having an adverse reaction to Ibruprufen has its uses .... who needs illegal drugs to keep going through the pain ...?!?! Just give me 3 Nurofen pills and I can cope with anything!! Lol!! 8)
