I used to do 1hr laps every other day round the heath! Some nice climbs and steady down bits. Good for a blap after work! Same i anit in Norwich anymore! (Oh have a house for sale nr Mousehold if anyones interested? R.B discount :D )

the only problem I've found with mousehold is the dog poo, waaaay too much of it. Lazy dog owners are as bad as cyclists who ignore the rules of the road (red lights, etc), a pox on them all!

tea shop? no idea, I didnt even know there was one. I only live just up the road anyway, so my teashop is in my kitchen 8)
