Still waiting Dale, but have been in contact with Fenton a few times through text.

Because of the claim i filed on Paypal the funds were put into a holding account and he was a bit unsure on sending the bike because he might wind up without payment & im unwilling to cancel the claim because once its closed it cant be reopened and then i might wind up not receiving the bike.

It's looking like im just going to be getting a refund though because he said he'd happily send the bike if i could garentee that he would receive payment should i get a refund from Paypal when the claim is resolved (assuming Paypal side with me) but i cant offer any sort of garentee other than my word.

A bit pants really but nevermind.. I'll get a bike sooner or later haha

Well.. the paypal claim was resolved today.. They decided in my favour and were kind enough to refund £7.57 of the £360 i paid for the bike, awesome.

But i've been in contact with Fenton and hes apologised for the way the transaction went down and will try and resolve the situation as soon as possible with a refund, which is probably best as i'm starting to think this might be a sign that i shouldnt get a bike haha
