Dropped my ipod last night and now the 'lock' function is stuck on. i can't get it to release by moving the lock button so what should i do ??

I bought the ipod in HK so can't take it back to the seller, would the Apple place in the centre of town fix it for me ?

Any other suggestions ?

I have heard of people using this,

Apparently Argo's do a 14 day no quibble money back guarentee,

Buy a new one and take back the old one. only works if the old one looks as good as new.

I cannot however condone this sort of behaviour.

I'd just take it in to Apple & see what they say... Well if it was me, I'd have pulled it apart myself by now, but that's hardly to be recommended!

Nano is great!!!!! Love mine.
But has crashed a couple of times

Have you tried resetting it? middle and top button held at same time for several seconds resets. Worth a go.

Thought I'd done mine in last night, all seized up but I used the method Gump has mentioned and it's been fine since :D
