i was upstairs having a pee . started to walk downstairs and got a searing pain , ended up shuffling down on my bum and hopping to the sofa
its not as painful now but still a bit iffy

i think my knee is revolting against todays gearing change ( i havnt even ridden Today , all day has been spend stripping , cleaning and changing parts )
and while im having a moan
how can a 165mm disc fit fine on the rear for at least a month . remove the wheel for a clean and now the disc rubs the top of the caliper :roll: :?
are the floating discs any good ?
