i click the url button at begining and end and it doesnt work? the first click doesnt show an = ??

Just copy this...and remove the * after the first "url"

[url*=http://www.retrobike.co.uk] Addictive[/url]

and you get this

Why not give me the url and the text you want to typ and i'll email the code to you if you are still stuck.

EDIT: that url button you are talking about is just for posting a simple link, not to replace the text of the link, for that you need to use my above code, just highlight it and copy it and paste it into your message then replce the link and text with what you want. and don't forget to remove the *
