Fat fighters and Marjorie are calling me. I have three months to do some training for mayhem and rather than potter around at my leisure I'd like to do something a bit more structured.
Can anyone point me to a 3 month base / aerobic fitness plan on the net? This is where I wish I hadn't binned all those mags!
