Finally got around to building up my Hei Hei - almost finished.

I am unable to leave it alone though :oops: be it just looking, fettling, checking weight, adjusting etc

I think I need some help.......

steerer needs cutting, and I would use less donuts on the tt cables.

does that help? ;)

incidentally, has anyone ever 'finished' a build?

is that a riser bar? - get rid of that for starters.

Steerer has just been cut :oops: just playing around with the stem height at the moment :lol:

Less donuts - check

Gus - I do need a flat bar - its on the list.....

Tyres are ace - very light and good in everything but mud :lol: :roll:

The tinkering continues...
