Cannondale Caad 9 sizing advice

I am thinking of getting a Cannondale Caad 9 on a ride to work scheme and am not sure what size to get. I am 5ft 10ins with inside leg measurement of 32 inches. I normally ride a 56 cm, but I am thinking should I go for 54 cm. Anyone out there got any advice.

There's 2cm difference in the tt so if you don't mind running a longer stem I'd go for a 54,I'm about your height and own a 56 super6 and have found it to feel big for a 56,it measures normal for the size but 'feels' big.Is there any chance you can test both sizes?

Thanks for that. I am used to a long stem so will probably go for a 54.
