Just been notified that an offer we put on a house has been excepted!

Exciting and also very nerve wrecking. I think the most amount of money I've ever spent on anything was about £1200

Help!

If by bicycle wing you mean leaky garage then yes

Prime man cave potential though

Well done mate!

The whole thing with money scares the cr*p out of me. My wife is an accountant and she runs the whole shebang. I have £400 a month as 'spending money' for cars and bikes and the fridge is full and I have a roof over my head. If I had to think about what we earn, owe and spend I'd have a breakdown!

Good luck in your new house. I think we should have a RetroBike house warming and each send you something small and shiny for your new man-cave!

Cheers Pete.

Its left me with a "sick" feeling in my stomach - in a good way though!

Its worse for me too as I do the money thing!

All in the near vacinity are welcome for a retro man cave evening - items needed for entry are:

NOS XTR M950 bits
Titanium loveliness
&/or hobnobs (chocolate covered!)

Am looking forward to spilling stuff though and not having to worry about a deposit

I remember having £83000 mortgage money sitting in my current account while waiting for the process to go through, thinking, hmmm  what could I buy with that
