They are a bit chaotic - I would try and keep a sense of humour with dealing with them, the prices are good, and the website and marketing mails they send you are very professional.
Alas Wiggle or CRC they are not!

thing is I'm in Italy and can't visit one of their shops...

the part I need is also carried by dotbike.com, any info on the store?
