I've just eaten 5 doh'nuts whilst waiting outside my mrs work.Then realised that there were 6 in the bag!! Feel a bit icky now! :roll:

chocolate penguin.....

bite the very corner off, then the diagonnal opposite corner.... then hold in your mouth, dip in your tea and suck the tea through the penguin, like a very messy straw... when you get a mouthful of tea, eat the penguin....

yummy!!!!

then next time, hide the rest of the pack of penguins before you start!! :D

I was going out for a training ride on the road bike, and realised that I hadn't had breakfast after a night out, so thought I should get in some decent food beforehand.

I necked a tube of Jaffa Cakes and a mug of coffee and set out.

Top of the first hill, I got stomach cramps, turned round and came home.

I learned my lesson. No more training rides!
